The Riverside T20 Under-14 Cricket Tournament, held from August 22nd to 24th, was filled with thrilling matches that showcased the immense talents of young cricketers. Teams from various schools competed fiercely, but it was our MPS students who rose to the occasion and clinched the championship in this highly competitive tournament!
Under the dynamic leadership of Master Stains Reagan and the expert guidance of our Cricket Coach, Mr. Karcthick, the MPS team displayed exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament. Despite facing tough opponents, their strategic play and relentless spirit secured them a spot in the finals. The final match, held on August 24th, was a nail-biting encounter that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats.

Our bowlers delivered a stellar performance, restricting the opposing team well below the target, leading MPS to victory! The champions were awarded the prestigious trophy and a cash prize of Rs.5000. The win was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the team and the coach, and the MPS Chairman hosted a sumptuous dinner treat for the winners.
