πΎ An Exciting Day for Grade III-V Students at the Veterinary College! πΎ
On a bright and sunny day, 19th July 2024, our students from grades III-V had the incredible opportunity to visit the local veterinary college. This visit was organized as a part of their curriculum to help them understand the eating habits of animals, their adaptation, and much more. Excitement was in the air as the students boarded the bus, eager to learn and explore.
Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by the lecturers who were enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with these young minds. They explained how veterinarians help sick animals and ensure their well-being.
πΆπ± The first stop was an animal clinic, where students got to see various pets like dogs, cats, and rabbits. π
π Next, the group visited the farm section, where lecturers explained that cows have a special stomach with four compartments, which helps them digest tough plant material.
π¬ Students were also taken around the scanning center and operation theatre to view the facilities from a distance.
One of the highlights of the trip was an interactive session where students could ask questions. They returned to school with a wealth of knowledge and a newfound respect for the animals they share the world with. π
What an amazing day of learning and exploration! π
